The Problem with Traditional Audits

For years, the energy audit has been the expensive first step. But the real value isn’t in the paper report—it's in the quality of the upgrade.

Traditional in-person audits deplete your budget before the real work even begins. We believe you shouldn't spend your savings on the diagnosis.

Our EcoAudit™:
Predictable Problems, Proven Solutions.

While every building is unique, the way they were built is not. For the last 60 years, construction methods have created predictable patterns of inefficiency. It's these inefficiencies that are what drives up your energy bills.

Our EcoAudit™ & EcoAudit Pro™ remote process leverages data from thousands of homes to identify your building's likely issues—like duct leakage or insulation gaps—without a stranger walking through your house.

We don't need to run a bunch of tests to measure the inefficiencies you already know exist.  They're pointless.  The value is in the results.

RetroCore™: The Building Science Approach

The value of an upgrade doesn't come from the brand of equipment you buy; it comes from correcting the original installation failures.

With RetroCore, we manage the entire upgrade. We vet contractors, enforce a detailed scope of work, and verify the result. We don't just swap boxes; we seal the envelope.

"Contractors know how to swing the hammer; we provide a different nail to use."
